Cancel anytime inside the app. Access continues until the end of the current fortnight. The current fortnight is not refunded.
We do not require an email, call, or "reason" to cancel.
The Model Map ($8,800 inc GST)
No refunds. If you're in, you're in and so are we. If you complete the program, hit your KPIs, and we haven't delivered on our guarantee, you'll receive a full refund. That's how confident we are in this.

How to request a refund
Email joey@modelluxx.com with your full name and the email used at signup. We acknowledge within one business day and process eligible refunds within 7 business days.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Schedule 2), including remedies for failure to meet a consumer guarantee. This policy is in addition to those rights, not in place of them.
