Terms of Service.

The site themodelaudit.com.au (the "Service") is operated by Joey Robson, a sole trader based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Joey Robson.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to purchase any paid program. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must purchase on your behalf and agree to these terms.

Educational coaching content, community access, and 1:1 mentorship related to building a career as a model. We do not act as a modelling agency. We do not negotiate, sign, or represent you in contracts with brands, agencies, or photographers.

Modelling is a competitive industry. We do not guarantee agency signings, bookings, income, follower growth, or any other specific outcome — except the written 30-day booking guarantee described in the Academy offer. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including the effort you put in.

Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated and include GST where applicable. Refund terms are set out on the Refund Policy page and form part of these terms.

The Map Room is a private workspace for working models. You agree not to: post sexually explicit content, harass other members, share contact details of other members outside the group, screenshot or republish private discussions, or solicit members for unrelated services. We reserve the right to remove any member who breaches these standards without refund.

All program materials, templates, recordings, and written content remain our property. You may use them for your own modelling career. You may not republish, resell, or share them with non-members.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to active members at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
