Terms & Conditions

We provide mentorship, coaching, templates and community access to help models build paid work. We are not a modelling agency, we do not employ you, and we do not act as your agent or manager. We do not guarantee that any brand, agency or client will book you.

Applications are assessed before we offer a call. We may decline an application or end a call at our discretion. Information you give us in the audit form must be accurate and your own.

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
• Mentorship is paid in full or by an agreed payment plan. Every instalment on a plan is due whether or not you continue to attend sessions.
• The Map Room is A$47 per fortnight and continues until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment and keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
• Failed or reversed payments may pause your access until the balance is settled. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; bank transfers use the account shown on your invoice.

Because programs deliver access to materials and coaching time immediately, fees are non-refundable outside the guarantee below and outside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we do not exclude. Cancel a Map Room subscription any time by emailing us or using the support page.

If you follow the plan we set out — attending your sessions, submitting your work and sending the outreach we agree on — and you have not landed a collaboration within 30 days, we keep working with you at no extra cost until you do. The guarantee covers continued coaching, not a cash refund, and it does not apply where the agreed actions were not completed.

Keep coaching materials, recordings and community content to yourself — do not copy, resell or share them. We may remove anyone from the community for abuse, harassment, spam or sharing paid material. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to agree to these terms and to be present for calls.

You keep the rights to photos and content you send us. You give us permission to use your results, testimonials and any content you share publicly with us for marketing, and you can withdraw that permission by writing to us. Calls may be recorded for coaching and record-keeping; see our privacy policy.

Our services are advice and support only. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost income, lost opportunities or indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you pay is the one that applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
