• Diagnostic answers (career stage, goals, blockers).
• Payment data — handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Standard analytics (pages visited, device type) for site improvement. No cross-site tracking.

To deliver the program you purchased, to recommend the right starting point from the diagnostic, and to send service emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

• Diagnostic answers: 24 months from submission.
• Active members: for the life of your subscription plus 12 months.
• Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe (every email has a one-click link).

Under Australian law (and the GDPR / UK GDPR if you're in Europe), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email joey@themodelaudit.com.au — we respond within 7 business days.

We use a small number of cookies for session management and anonymous analytics. EU/UK visitors will see a consent banner on first visit. You can change your preference any time by clearing site data in your browser.

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted at the database layer. We operate on the principle of least access — only Joey and required operational staff see member data.
