The Model Map runs in capped cohorts of 12 models. The cap is fixed before intake opens and is never raised mid-cohort, even if applications outnumber seats by 4×.
Twelve is the number Joey can personally hold weekly 1:1s with for fourteen straight weeks without dropping standards. That's the constraint. Everything else is built around it.
Quarterly. Applied for, not bought.
Four intakes per calendar year. Every place is application-only via the free diagnostic. We accept roughly 1 in 4 applicants — not because we're gate-keeping, but because the program only works for models at the right stage.
You go on the waitlist. That's it.
If a cohort is full when you apply, you're added to the waitlist for the next intake in priority order. You don't pay anything to hold a waitlist spot, and we don't run "secret" extra seats.

Capacity is the product.
If we sold 40 seats and delivered 12 seats of attention, the other 28 would be paying for an experience that doesn't exist. That's how coaching businesses earn the reputation the industry has earned.
